The Older Fans: Unable see Pictures/Videos though have more than 10 posts - The Older Fans

After numerous messages and posts regarding posting and accessing the site the Admin Team called a meeting to decide what to do with this on-going situation.

At the end of the day we do not want our regular posters to feel victimised by the minority who let them down, so not fair to remove pictures or videos for them.

Therefore (though much more work for The Admin team) we have decided with immediate effect, that the following rule will be added to the forum rules and registration page.

To view pictures or videos
1. Members must have 10 posts or more
2. Once reaching 10 posts members must make at least one post a month to maintain access. (4 weeks we feel is ample time to cover holidays, study time etc and one post isn’t a lot to ask is it??)
3. If no posts in a 4 week period access will be reduced to a new member i.e. no video or picture access
4. You will have to post 10 non spam posts to regain access as per all new members have to do.

Please do not PM either myself or other members of the admin team saying 'I can't see pictures so how can I say thank you?'

We aren’t talking about saying thanks (though it's rewarding when you do). This site is a forum and the definition of a forum is a place of interest that groups go to discuss and chat.

We have plenty of chat areas, we have news topics, we have new members who join daily so a simple post saying hi is a nice welcome. It's not just a case of saying thanks, it's being part of a community.

Dopo numerosi messaggi riguardanti il postare e l' accesso al forum, il team degli amministratori ha fatto una riunione per decidere che cosa fare riguardo questa situazione.

Alla fine, noi non vogliamo che le persone che postano regolarmente si sentano vittimizzate dalla minorità che le deludono, quindi non è giusto rimuovere l'accesso alle foto e ai video per loro.

Quindi, (nonostante sia molto lavoro in più per il team degli amministratori) abbiamo deciso con effetto immediato, che la seguente regola sia aggiunta alle regole del forum e alla pagina di registrazione.

Per vedere foto o video:
1. I membri devono avere 10 o più messaggi
2. Una volta raggiunti i 10 messaggi, i membri devono postare almeno una volta in un mese per mantenere il loro status. (pensiamo che 4 settimane sia un tempo ampiamente sufficiente per includere vacanze e tempo per gli studi e un messaggio non è chiedere molto, no?)
3. Se i membri non postano un messaggio al mese il loro staus verrà ridotto a New member e non avranno quindi accesso a foto o video
4. I membri dovranno postare 10 messaggi per riottenere l'accesso, proprio come tutti i nuovi membri devono fare.

Per favore non mandate messaggi privati a me o ad altri membri del team degli amministratori dicendo "Non posso vedere le foto quindi come posso ringraziare?"

Non stiamo parlando di dire grazie (anche se fa piacere quando lo fate). Questo sito è un forum e la definizione di forum è un posto di interesse dove i gruppi vanno per parlare.

Abbiamo molte aree di discussione, abbiamo topic di notizie, abbiamo nuovi membri ch si iscrivono giornalmente quindi un semplice messaggio per dire ciao è un buon benvenuto. Non si tratta solo di dire grazie ma di far parte di una comunità.

Nachdem wir zahlreiche Nachrichten und Posts bezüglich Posting und Zugang zur Seite erhalten haben, hat das Admin Team gestern ein Meeting einberufen, um zu entscheiden, wie es mit der momentanen Situation umgehen wird.

Schließlich möchten wir nicht, dass unsere regulären Poster sich schikaniert fühlen von der Minderheit, die nichts postet und es ist deshalb auch nicht fair, Videos oder Bilder wegen ihnen zu entfernen.

Deswegen, obwohl es mehr Arbeit für das Admin Team bedeutet, haben wir mit sofortiger Wirkung beschlossen, dass die folgenden Regeln zu den Forum-Regeln und zur Registrierungsseite hinzugefügt werden:


Um Bilder oder Videos anzuschauen:

- Mitglieder müssen 10 Posts oder mehr haben.
- Mitglieder müssen, sobald sie 10 Posts haben, mindestens einmal pro Monat etwas posten, um ihren Zugang zu behalten.(Wir finden, dass 4 Wochen reichlich Zeit sind, um Urlaub, Lernzeit, etc. abzudecken. 1 Post ist doch nicht zu viel verlangt oder???)
- Falls ihr innerhalb von 4 Wochen nichts postet, werdet ihr wieder als „New Member“ eingestuft, das heißt kein Zugang zu Videos oder Bildern.
- um wieder Zugang zu bekommen, müsst ihr wieder 10 Posts machen, wie alle neuen Mitglieder auch.


Bitte sendet weder mir noch dem Admin Team eine PM und sagt „Ich kann keine Bilder sehen, also wie soll ich mich bedanken?“

Es geht hier nicht darum, sich zu bedanken (obwohl es eine Anerkennung ist, wenn ihr es macht). Diese Seite ist ein Forum und die Definition eines Formus lautet: Ein Platz, auf dem Gruppen ihre Interessen diskutieren und einfach miteinander chatten können.

Wir haben viele Chat-Bereiche, wir haben News-Themen, täglich haben wir neue Mitglieder, also ist es eine nette Geste „Hallo!“ zu sagen. Es bedeutet nicht nur „Danke“ zu sagen, sondern Teil einer Gemeinschaft zu sein.
