Music and TV celebrities have turned out to support MTV's AIDS charity, The Staying Alive Foundation.
The X Factor stars Brian Friedman and Sinitta walked the red carpet on Monday night in London along with Blue singer Simon Webbe and the newly single Jamelia.
Gym Class Hereos frontman Travis McCoy was the guest of honour, he is the charity's special ambassador.
The hip-hop star was invited to make a documentary, Unbeaten Track, which is due to be screened on the music channel on December 1, World Aids Day.
The trip took him to places like South Africa and India to see how young people are coping with the spread of HIV.
He said: "The HIV and AIDS epidemic hits very very close to home for me. When I was a young kid I had someone very close to me pass away from AIDS."
Welcome to The Older Fans
